• Hiking With Carol - Thursday, May 1st @ 9:00am. Ladies, it's our first hike of the eason. We'll be ding the Stone Creek Golf Course loop in Oregon City. Easy 3 mile loop, great for kids. Meet at the church at 9:00am. Contact Carol with questions @ 503.708.6091
• Man Thing at the Ranch - Saturday, May 3rd @ 5:00pm. Calling all manly men 18 yrs and older. Join us at the Rosse Posse Elk Ranch for our annual Man Thing. Bring a change of clothes for pig wrestlin' and a manly side dish to go with the campfire dinner. New this year, Chicken Chase....and of course tall tales around the fire!
• Celebrating Mothers Day - Sunday, May 4th. Because our WOW Getaway falls on Mother's Day weekend we will be honoring mothers in our service one week early. Pastor Carolyn will be sharing
• Hiking With Carol - Thursday, May 8th. Meet at the church at 9:00am for a trip up to Elowah Falls in the Columbia Gorge. This is a 1.6 mile loop through Ainsworth Park and an optional 2.3 mile loop to upper McCord Creek Falls
• WOW Getaway @ Cannon Beach - Friday, May 9th - Sunday, May 11th. Ladies, we are heading to the beach! Our special guest speaker is Rita Evans. Cost is $130 for 2 nights and 3 days. There is room for 70 ladies, so see Joyce Taylor to get your spot. --If you are signed up, Pastor Carolyn would like to meet with everyone immediately following the service on May 4th. Detail for the conference and room assignments will be given at this time

God's Cupboard
God's Cupboard is our food distribution ministry. We provide food baskets for families both in our church and our community. APRIL ITEMS OF THE MONTH: The Church is asking that every family bring at least one item from their pantry for God's Cupboard this month, any category of item is welcome. Donations can be left at the church office or in the donation baskets in the church foyer. If you would like to donate any frozen goods, those items are more than welcomed. They must be purchased, not home-preserved. PLEASE contact Shirley Harper or Patty Cooksey if you have those type of items so they can be properly stored. For all other inquiries, contact Shirley Harper at 503.829.2009.
