Pastor Garylee and his wife Carolyn have been involved in the ministry at TCC in Molalla, Oregon for over 30 years. They are the founders of Breakthrough Youth Conference, Weekend Warrior Ministries and 24/7 Generation Church. Garylee and Carolyn received the church as Senior Pastors from his parents, Gary and Pat Syphard, Sr. during the summer of 2005.

Garylee is a graduate from Portland Bible College with his Bachelors in Theology. He and Carolyn are members of Minister's Fellowship International (MFI) and are called upon to speak at international conferences as well as many local venues. Carolyn oversees the W.O.W. ministry of TCC (Women Of the Word).

After attending Christ for the Nations in Texas, Pastor Gary and his wife Pat moved to Oregon and founded Maranatha Tabernacle Church in Molalla in 1975. As the church grew, it joined forces with The Country Church to start Country Christian School. In 1980, Maranatha Tabernacle and The Country Church merged and Gary and Pat became senior pastors in 1981. TCC has grown significantly and after 24 years of pastoring, they handed the church over to their son, Garylee and his wife Carolyn.

Pastor Gary has been asked to speak in many national and international arenas. He and his wife Pat currently oversee the prayer, evangelism and healing ministries of TCC.

Pastor Marvin and his wife Viola have been ministering at TCC since 1986. Both received degrees from George Fox College and are currently on staff at Country Christian School. Pastor Marvin also has a Master of Divinity in Church History and a Masters in Teaching. Viola oversees the Lullaby Ministry and she and Pastor Marvin play a vital role in TCC's missionary outreach to the Nez Perce Indian Nation in Idaho.

Pastors Tom and Cheri are both graduates of Portland Bible College, receiving Bachelor of Theology degrees. Tom has also earned his Master of Divinity degree from Kings Seminary. In 1996, Tom and Cheri were ordained as elders of TCC.

They are the current administrators of Country Christian School and Cascade Bible College and also oversee TCC's children's ministry, KIDMANIA.
