Pastor Garylee and his wife, Carolyn, have been involved in the ministry at TCC in Molalla, Oregon for the past 30 years. As associate pastors, they served for 29 years as the youth pastors, raising up a generation of young people, many of whom are now leaders in the church today. They are the founders of Breakthrough Youth Conference and Weekend Warrior Ministries and 24/7 Generation Church. Garylee and Carolyn received the church as Senior Pastors from his parents, Gary and Pat Syphard, Sr. during the summer of 2005.
Along with serving as Pastors, Garylee also served for 19 years as the principal of Country Christian School, a ministry of TCC and Carolyn taught in both kindergarten and preschool for 14 years.
Garylee is a graduate from Portland Bible College with his Bachelors in Theology. He and Carolyn are members of Minister's Fellowship International (MFI) and are called upon to speak in international venues, along with many local arenas. They have traveled abroad conducting marriage seminars. Carolyn heads up the W.O.W. ministry of TCC (Women Of the Word) and is called upon often to speak at women's conferences and retreats. Garylee and Carolyn are both still active in ministering to youth in conferences and retreats. They have four beautiful children - Jonathan and his wife Cassi have a son, Judah - and then three children who are still at home - their daughter Rachel, and sons Erik and Jordan.
